We even had one month where an ad account was hacked and restricted - something that would've devastated most businesses - but because the backend system was firing on all cylinders, we were able to spin up a new ad account in less than a week and STILL hit their revenue goals.

Because ecommerce is large marketplace with a TON of different kinds of offers, his marketing was getting lost in the noise. Prospects were unclear what he was offering and didn't understand his value before speaking to the sales team. We simplified his marketing message down to an effective VSL. We then started a widespread video engagement campaign to circulate content to help establish his brand with small micro campaigns. Then we supplemented these with a few other offers, including a bootcamp, a community group, and a course. With a stronger brand and more positive reputation in a busy space, acquisition costs came down dramatically. Booked call cost came down to $250, meaning we cut his costs literally in half. And because front end buyers were raving fans, a higher percentage of them upgraded to his backend offer, making a more profitable marketing model overall.
